1. Description:

DR-2860 has new chemical structure of terpolymer block modified organic silicone combined with multiple modified functional groups to create handle of softness, smoothness, fullness, high resilience and silky smoothness for cellulose fiber or its blended fabric. It has good hydrophilicity yet with extreme low yellowing. It is upgraded and updated product to traditional amino silicone oil.

3. Usages:

DR-2860 must be diluted for usage.

  Normally adding 1 Kg of DR-2860 into 5 Kg water and stirring for dilution.

(1) Dip:

DR-2860 emulsion: 2-3%(O.W.F), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 30-40°C, time 15-30 mins.

(2) Padding:

DR-2860 emulsion: 40-60g/L, room temperature, 2-dip-2-nip or 1-dip-1-nip.

5. Features:

(1) Excellent hydrophilic for inner softness of cotton. Enhance the hydrophilicity of cotton, linen or their blended fabric.

(2) Outstanding softening creates handle of stiffness, smoothness, scrip and thickness.

(3) Supper low yellowing, especially suitable for whitening light color fabric.

(4) Its emulsion has great shear stability under boiled temperature or electrolyte salt in rather wide PH value scope (3-12).

(5) Fabric can be redyed after DR-2860 treatment to increase the usage safety of fabric and color protection for dark fabric.

(6) Dosage saving, 10% content of DR-2860 gains handle same as that of 15-20% amino silicone oil.

6. Storage and Packing:

(1) Storage:  

Placing in shady and well ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: 6 months after date of manufacture

(2) Packing：
