1. Description:

TFL -330 is dedicated to make fashionable jean whiskering and crumpling. It features on fast setting, strong 3D look and nice effect. The HCHO residue is less than 75 ppm and conforms to the latest export standard.

3. Usages:

(1)Formula: TFL-330  15-25% ;  Water 85%-75%

(2)Drying temperature: 145℃-155℃ ; Time: 15-25 mins

Recommended process:

(1)Dip

Put jean pants into the evenly mixed solution and dip for approx. 10 mins. Then dewater and dry the pants to drying rate 80% .Be noticed that the resin dosage depends on the clothing types. Resin dosage should be decreased for thin or elastic fabric.

(2)Setting

Steam the area where needs whiskering till stightly moist. Then make ready the required whisker figure and steam again till the area gets stiffening.

(3)Curing

Curing is to enhance the resin performance yet should avoid damage the pants. Pretest curing to different fabric is needed. Recommended curing temperature as 155℃, time 20-25 mins. for thick and normal cloth and 140℃, 25 mins. for thin and elastic cloth. Additional 5 mins. curing helps getting ideal feel of stiffening and 3D look.
