1. Description:

NDL is special resin for improving the settling of polyester, nylon or rayon and blended fabric T/C T/R or N/C.

(1) Increase fabric elasticity, hardness, stiffness and stability to improve handle.

(2) Increase fabric surface brightness, anti-wrinkle and shrink proof.

(3) Excellent wash fastness; Remain nice effect after repeated washing.

3. Usages:

(1) Dosage:  NDL: 2-5%(O.W.F), Activator 0.4-1%

(2) Make sure to dilute NDL to required concentration before adding diluted activator. Settling temperature and time depends on fabric types. Normally recommended temperature 120-180℃, time:120-180 seconds.

4.Regulations:

(1) Normally the activator dosage is approx.20% of that of NDL.

(2) Not allowed to directly mix NDL with activator which is not diluted.

(3) NDL and activator must be diluted respectively to their required concentration before mixing.

(4) Not allowed to keep standing the mixture of NDL and activator mare than 8 hours.

5.Storage and Packing

1.Storage:  

Placing in shady and well-ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture.

2.Packing:  

150kg/ Plastic drum.
