1. Description:

DR-423 is a wet finishing agent applies to finish the fabric which easily produces wrinkle, fold, claw mark or striation in processing. Especially it suitable for finishing of fabric proceed under hard conditions using low bath ratio as well as heavy loading winch or nozzle dyeing machine. Also applicable in processing thick, heavy and easily wrinkle fabric.

3. Features:

(1) Suitable for wet finishing of all kinds of fabric.

(2) Excellent effect of smoothing and wrinkle proof.

4.Usages:

(1) For best performance, it is required to add PAL into the bath before fabric treatment.

(2) The dosage is depends on fabric sensitivity, types and loadings of machine. Normal recommended dosage is:

Pretreatment: 1.0 -3.0g/L (advanced adding in)

Dyeing: 1g/L

Soaping: 3g/L

Hot water washing: 2g/L (hot water above 80℃)

5. Storage and Packing:

Placing in shady and well-ventilated warehouse.  Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture

(2) Packing:
