1. Description:

DR-101 is a multifunctional finishing agent suitable for dyeing or finishing of polyester, polyester blended fabric, nylon, acetate fiber or spandex. It modifies the synthetic fiber to make it and its blended fabric to gain certain basic properties of natural fiber by connects the special water dispersed polyester and synthetic fiber hydrophobic layer. It creates excellent wicking function to synthetic fiber and softness, fluffiness handle.

3. Features:

(1) Rapidly removing the foam raised from fabric dyeing.

(2) To restrain foam by adding PK into dedicated auxiliaries or oil auxiliaries.

(3) Adding PK into silicone oil or flake to rapidly remove the foam raised in their usage or dilution.

4.Usages:

(1) One bath dyeing: 1-2% (O.W.F)

(2) Dip: 1-2% (O.W.F), temperature 50-60℃, time 20 mins.

(3) Padding: 10-20g/L, 2-dip-2-nip to mangle expression 70-75% then drying at 105-110℃ and setting

at 180℃ for 40 seconds.

Placing in shady and well-ventilated warehouse.  Shelf life: One year after date of manufacture
